Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on concrete batch equipment
- Detect and diagnose issues using testing equipment and diagnostic tools
- Order and replace parts as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on concrete equipment and forms, including welding, lubricating, cleaning, and making necessary adjustments
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in concrete plant equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Previous experience in welding
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Ability to work on most Saturdays
