Concrete Laborer
About the role
STRUCTURAL is seeking Concrete Laborers of all skill levels to join our team performing work in the greater NYC area. Construction duties include: Concrete repair, concrete demolition, concrete placement and finishing, formwork/carpentry, rebar replacement, caulking, expansion joints, coating application, carbon fiber installation.
Responsibilities
- Construction duties include: Concrete repair, concrete demolition, concrete placement and finishing, formwork/carpentry, rebar replacement, caulking, expansion joints, coating application, carbon fiber installation.
- Individuals must possess OSHA 30, NYC DOB 40-hour SST training and NYC DOB 4-hour scaffold user.
- Previous field leadership experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience; however, we are willing to train.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.
- Site locations can be anywhere in the greater NYC area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
Skills
- OSHA 30 certification.
- NYC DOB 40-hour SST training.
- NYC DOB 4-hour scaffold user.
- Field leadership experience (preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (plus).

Pay
Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $22 to $32 per hour (based upon years and level of relevant work experience).
Schedule
This position will involve use of construction equipment, tools and materials.
