Concrete Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Abide by Locke's safety policies and requirements to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
• Read and follow CAD production drawings accurately to meet project specifications
• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members
• Utilize both hand and power tools to perform fabrication and finishing tasks
• Flexibility to work required shifts and weekends as necessary to meet production demands

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in precast concrete fabrication or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret CAD production drawings accurately
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to accommodate production schedules
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
