What We Are Proud To Offer You Medical/TelemedicineDentalVisionFlexible Spending Account 401K Life Insurance EAPHealth and Wellness Programs PTOHolidaySick Time PayCompany Vehicle Concrete Foreman To oversee, direct, and manage activities of workers concerned with assigned construction phases pertaining to curb and gutter, handicap ramps, scuppers, catch basins, roadways, and all other concrete related construction projects; in cooperation with other Foremen, Superintendents, and General Superintendent. Responsible For Plans and coordinates concrete construction activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.Reviews plans, specifications, estimates, and contract documents to ensure work is properly planned and executed.Leads, assigns, trains, and motivates crews while addressing production and personnel issues.Oversees concrete forming, reinforcing, placement, finishing, curing, and repair operations.Ensures work meets project specifications, quality standards, schedules, and safety requirements.Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, surveyors, testing agencies, and other project resources.Performs quantity take-offs, verifies quantities, and assists with estimates, change orders, and cost control.Coordinates utility locates, surveying, testing, material procurement, and required project approvals.Develops short-term schedules and monitors labor, equipment, and material needs.Maintains project documentation, daily logs, production records, and quantity reports.Inspects equipment, materials, and work in progress to identify and resolve issues.Communicates project progress, needs, and concerns with Superintendents and Project Managers.Enforces company and project safety policies and maintains a safe, clean, and organized job site.Performs other related duties as assigned. Work Qualifications Ability to read blue prints.Knowledge of leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of organizational operating practices or procedures.Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction projects. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Ability to motivate, develop, train, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. Ability to manage own time and the time of others. Ability to follow oral and written directions, plans, specifications, and contract documents.Ability to work without close supervision and be able to adapt to a wide variety of conditions.Takes pride in craftsmanship.Possesses a valid Drivers License.Bilingual preferred. Education & Work Experience Requirements Three (3) or more years’ supervisory experience; AND,Minimum 5 years’ construction experiencePossesses a valid Driver’s License.
