About the role
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to work on our project located in El Paso, TX.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings, and perform accurate field layout and grade verification.
- Contribute, lead, and supervise concrete crews through all phases of work (form, place, finish, and cure).
- Contribute to short-term planning and logistics.
- Monitor labor productivity and adjust work plans to meet schedule and budget goals.
- Ensure proper installation of formwork, embeds, anchor bolts, waterstops, and blockouts.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce all company safety policies and ensure crew compliance with site safety requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Coordinate work with project supervision, inspectors, and other trades.
- Troubleshoot field issues and maintain workflow.
- Secure tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each workday.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in concrete construction, preferably in water/wastewater or heavy civil projects.
- 1+ years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar placement, and finishing techniques.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations effectively.
- Ability to read plans and perform layout with minimal supervision.
- Experience coordinating concrete placements (pumps, trucks, sequencing).
- Understanding of production tracking, scheduling, and cost awareness.
- OSHA or other safety certifications preferred.
- Good attendance record with references from previous employer(s).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, wind, confined spaces, elevated areas).
- Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and navigate active construction sites.
- Comfortable working at heights, around heavy equipment, concrete operations, and active work zones.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay
The hourly wage for this position starts at $30, based on experience and qualifications.
