Concrete Foreman

About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and window replacements. Works closely with project managers and clients to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections to identify and assess damage to building envelopes
• Installing and repairing various types of roofing materials such as shingles, metal, and tar
• Installing and repairing siding materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, and wood
• Replacing windows and other exterior doors
• Communicating with clients to discuss project scope and timelines
• Maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
