Responsibilities
- Cook up all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality
- Work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors
- Coordinate with team members, sub-contractors, trucking and suppliers
- Utilize HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports and daily timecards
- Communicate with project managers/estimators and engineers as needed
- Understand plans and specifications – ADA, slope and grade
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of concrete experience
- Valid driver’s license but a CDL is preferred
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to follow safety procedures
- Able to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, some weekends
