About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects involving concrete work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage teams of concrete workers and laborers
- Ensure all concrete projects meet quality standards and adhere to local regulations
- Oversee material procurement and waste management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
- Communicate project progress and challenges to upper management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and curing processes
- Experience with concrete testing and inspection
- Understanding of building codes and industry standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
