About the role
We are seeking a self-motivated Concrete Flatwork Foreman who can contribute to our company's success. The ideal candidate must be available to work 7 days a week and have the ability to travel for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Use knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of the company
- Work on both large and small flatwork jobs
- Manage crews effectively
- Read and interpret construction plans
- Set grades and order necessary materials
- Ensure safety and productivity on the job site
- Travel as needed for project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Flatwork Foreman
- Clean driving record
- Able to travel as required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Experience scheduling and managing crews
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of concrete flatwork techniques and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, construction environment
