Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable concrete flatwork finishing experience
• Strong personal work ethic paired with a commitment to maintaining precise attention to detail
• Excellent team player capabilities with a record of reliable, consistent attendance on active crews
• Absolute flexibility to travel to various local job sites up to 40% of working hours

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated capability to comfortably operate a skid steer
• Proven ability to accurately read and interpret concrete project plans
• Valid Georgia driver's license paired with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
