Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable concrete flatwork finishing experience
- Strong personal work ethic paired with a commitment to maintaining precise attention to detail
- Excellent team player capabilities with a record of reliable, consistent attendance on active crews
- Absolute flexibility to travel to various local job sites up to 40% of working hours
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated capability to comfortably operate a skid steer
- Proven ability to accurately read and interpret concrete project plans
- Valid Georgia driver's license paired with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
