Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
