Concrete Finisher - Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction projects
• Oversee all aspects of concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control
• Ensure work complies with safety and performance standards
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Read and interpret construction plans
• Communicate daily with project leaders to ensure smooth operations
