Summary
Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) seeks a Concrete Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of management experience in related fields. The ideal candidate will oversee field operations, manage crews, and adhere to company and safety standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
- Supervise and coach field personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Review and monitor project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Inspect job sites regularly to maintain high standards of workmanship and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience in a related field, with 3+ years in a management position.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of technical school or equivalent education, preferably in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong mathematical and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and perform layout work.
- Understanding of local market dynamics and adaptability to changes.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor, self-motivation, and proactive approach.
- Valid driver’s license required.
