Join Our Team as a Concrete Laborer!

NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is looking for a dependable and motivated Concrete Laborer to join our production team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman and crew with concrete leveling, lifting, sealing, and repair projects.
• Help prepare job sites, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support the application of PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair products.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Perform physical labor on residential concrete repair projects.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
• Help maintain tools, trucks, and equipment.
• Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
• Attend team meetings and safety meetings as required.

Requirements

• Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience is preferred.
• Concrete leveling or repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and a positive attitude.
• Able to work well with a team.
• An attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• A valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to commute to Manassas, VA.

Qualifications

• Construction: 1 year preferred.
• English required.

Pay and Schedule

• From $20.00 per hour
• No less than 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
