Concrete Foreman

Concrete, Inc. of St. Cloud, MN is looking to hire a full-time Concrete Finisher. Our commercial concrete Services include but not limited to: footings, foundations, insulated concrete forms, renewable energy and more. Summary The Concrete Foreman will be responsible in the planning, coordination, supervision and execution of all activities on given jobsites. The Foreman must be a skilled manager and organizer with the ability to lead and motivate people, plan and expertly execute work, and ensure personnel and job site safety. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Safely manage projects on-site to produce quality workmanship within budget and scheduleEnsure all company policy, procedures and standards are enforced at the project siteBuild and maintain good relationships with employees, customers, owners and subcontractorsDevelop work schedule for employeesTrain new employees in specific tasksResponsible for all project safetyEffectively manage labor, material and equipment resourcesEffectively maintain communications(paper and electronic) needed for jobsite and employees Qualifications At least 5 years experience in concrete placementExperience with footings, walls, forming and flatworkAbility to plan day to day operations, as well as work with management to forecast schedulesValid driver's license TravelAbility to read blueprints, plans, and specificationsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as a team playerTotal station knowledgeAbility to shoot grades and elevations Benefits Health Insurance(employee premium 100% company paid) Other Optional Insurance(employee paid): dental, HSA, AFLAC Short Term Disability & Accident Insurance401K with company match(100% of the first 3% of your contribution, plus 50% of the next 2%)Paid Time OffPer diem and company paid hotel if travelingConcrete Inc. provides transportation from our shop to the job site.
