Concourse Experience Manager

About the role

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to join a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center. The ideal candidate is an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. In this role you will oversee the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse, meet and exceed sales goals, manage bowling and service operations, create memorable guest experiences, and train and maintain team members across various positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a “FUN” atmosphere
• Identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience
• Oversee cleaning, location compliance, and training validation
• Manage overall floor operations (bowling, bar and lane service)
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed
• Report product/service issues
• Review timecards
• Monitor quality of inventories
• Conduct delivery check‑ins

Requirements

• 1‑2 years of management experience
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor
• Experience in hospitality and/or food & beverage is preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
