Concourse Experience Manager

About the Role

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to lead operations in a high‑volume, fast‑paced entertainment environment. The manager will oversee the overall atmosphere of the concourse, meet and exceed sales goals, run bowling and service areas, create memorable guest experiences, and train and maintain team members across various positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a “FUN” atmosphere for guests.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the location.
• Validate compliance and training.
• Oversee overall floor management, including bowling, bar, and lane service.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Report product or service issues.
• Review timecards.
• Maintain quality of inventories.
• Conduct delivery check‑ins.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality and/or food & beverage preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
