Concierge Security - Security Agent

As a Concierge Security Officer, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Schedule

We have 6 positions available:

• Full-time, Saturday through Wednesday, 1st shift: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Full-time, Friday through Tuesday, 3rd shift: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 2nd shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Part-time, Monday through Tuesday, 2nd shift: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Wednesday through Thursday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Part-time, Friday through Sunday, 2nd shift: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Part-time, Thursday through Friday, 1st shift: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19/hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
