Concierge Security Officer - Urgent Hire
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate security, concierge, hospitality, or executive protection experience, strong verbal communication and customer service skills, and comfort using security technology.
Responsibilities
- Tell stories of how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.
- Work with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
- Build meaningful connections through customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control, perform regular patrols, inspect security equipment, and report maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to pass an extensive screening process.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- If required, have a state license.

Saturday/Sunday - 7am to 3pm
Saturday/Sunday 3pm to 11pm
Saturday/Sunday - 11pm to 7am
