About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will have a high focus on customer service and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors how their day can start off right
- Verify visitor identities and guide them to the appropriate locations
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Achie and pass an extensive screening process
- Show exceptional customer service skills
- Show proficiency in basic phone & computer skills
- If required, have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience or a state license

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $22.05 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
