Concierge Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors how to enter the building
• Verify visitor identities
• Guide visitors to their destinations
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols
• Identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment
• Report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents
• Provide first aid
• Coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports
• Communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Have OPOTA certification
• Achieve and pass an extensive screening process
• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (preferred)
• Have a state license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $23/ Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
