Concierge Security Officer - Shopping Center
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a high focus on customer service and enjoy interacting with people on various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Managing access control
- Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspecting security equipment and reporting any maintenance needs
- Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
- Answering questions in person or by phone
- Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Extensive screening process passed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone & computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- State license required if applicable
Pay and Schedule
Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees. Shifts are:
- Shift 1: 12:00pm to 10:00pm (Saturday only)
- Shift 2: 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Tuesday through Saturday)
- Shift 3: 10:00pm to 6:00am (Monday through Friday)
