Concierge Security Officer - Part time
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and security, with a focus on building meaningful connections.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors and manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Achie and pass an extensive screening process
- Show exceptional customer service skills
- Show proficiency in basic phone & computer skills
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- If required, have a state license

Skills
Exceptional customer service skills, proficient in basic phone & computer skills, Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, State license (if required).
