Concierge Security Officer - Part time

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves working in various locations such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, focusing heavily on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors and manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Extensive screening process passed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• State license required if applicable

Schedule

Shift 1: 5:30am to 5:30pm Saturday/ Sunday
Shift 2: 5:15pm to 5:15am Saturday/ Sunday
