About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Boston, MA. The role requires a high focus on customer service due to the diverse range of environments you will work in, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

  • Tell us about how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.
  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
  • Manage access control.
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
  • Answer questions in person or by phone.
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
  • Accept an extensive screening process.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
  • If required, have a state license.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $24.04 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

Monday and Tuesday - 8am to 6pm.
