About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Boston, MA. The role requires a high focus on customer service due to the diverse range of environments you will work in, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
Responsibilities

- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control.
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
- Accept an extensive screening process.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- If required, have a state license.

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $24.04 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).
Schedule
Monday and Tuesday - 8am to 6pm.
