About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on customer service and ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors and manage access control
- Perform regular patrols and inspect security equipment
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Extensive screening process passed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone & computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- State license required if applicable

Schedule
2:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday

Customer service skills, ability to perform security duties, basic phone & computer skills, and possibly security, military, or law enforcement experience.
