Concierge Security Officer
GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Ambassador to build meaningful connections while ensuring safety and providing exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
About the role
As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while managing security duties across various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone and write detailed incident reports
- Communicate security concerns and ensure the safety of individuals and property
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class D Security License
- Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in basic phone & computer skills
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
Schedule
Full-time, set schedule: Saturday through Tuesday, with shifts available from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
