Concierge Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to build meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Accept an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have an active Arizona guard license.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.00/hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

• Full-time, 1st Shift, Saturday through Tuesday 7:00am-3:00pm, 32 hours per week.
• Full-time, 2nd Shift, Saturday through Tuesday 3:00pm-11:00pm, 32 hours per week.
• Full-time, 3rd Shift, Saturday through Tuesday 11:00pm-7:00am, 32 hours per week.
• Full-time, 3rd shift, Monday Through Friday 11:00pm to 7:00am, 40 hours per week.
