Concierge Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on customer service and ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors and manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Achie and pass an extensive screening process
• Show exceptional customer service skills
• Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have Florida Class D Security License

Schedule

Part Time: Saturday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:00PM

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in basic phone & computer skills, Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (preferred).
