Concierge Security - Office Building

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Schedule

Full-Time, set schedule:

• 1st Shift: Saturday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Wednesday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.53 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
