Concierge Security Ambassador - Office Tower

About the role

This Concierge Security Officer position focuses heavily on customer service, as you will work with people across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections and engaging with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Schedule & Pay

Site Location: Redmond/Kirkland, Washington. Schedule 1: Saturday–Sunday 4pm–12am (Redmond) & Monday–Tuesday 2pm–10pm (32 hours per week, full time). Competitive hourly wage of $22.63/hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
