Concierge Security Monitor

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer (Security Ambassador) for a site in Marinette, WI. The role focuses on building meaningful connections with people, providing excellent customer service while welcoming visitors, verifying identity, guiding guests, and ensuring safety across environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Possess any required state security license

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17 per hour

Schedule

Full‑time, 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
