Concierge Security Monitor
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to reassure and inspire confidence.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors how to get around the building and assist them with their needs
- Verify visitor identities and ensure they are allowed entry
- Manage access control systems and perform regular patrols
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications
- Able to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone & computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- A state license may be required

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $16.50 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
Schedule
Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
