Concierge Security Monitor Associate

About the Role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you’ll focus on customer service while ensuring safety in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $16.48.

Schedule

Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
