Concierge Security Associate

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your natural ability to engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence. The position is located in Owensboro, KY.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred)
• State security license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.50 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

Full-time, Saturday through Tuesday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
