Concierge Security Associate Coordinator

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors and manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Extensive screening process passed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $16.50 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd Shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
