Concierge Security Guard - Retail Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Site Location: Brookfield, WI

Schedule

• Shift 1: Full‑time, 1st shift, Wednesday through Sunday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Shift 2: Part‑time, 1st shift, Saturday & Sunday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience (preferred)
• State license if required
