Concierge Security Associate in the Waltham area, Full-Time 2nd Shift and Overnight (Jeremiah)

Northeast Security, Inc. was founded in 1967 and has grown to become one of the largest and most highly regarded security services firms in New England. Positions are available based on applicant eligibility, availability, background screening, drug testing, and completion of orientation.

About the role

Northeast Security is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Waltham. Role offers parking on-site.

Pay

$21.05/hour

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm
• Friday-Tuesday 11:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities

• Front-facing representation for the building and its clients, upholding the client’s appearance and culture at all times.
• Make guests feel welcomed and approachable while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Remain on post at all times.
• Demonstrate positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset to ensure every guest feels valued.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Keep security personnel updated on modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Assume other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1-year security experience required.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record of three years or more.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
