About the role
The Bristal Assisted Living seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge Greeter to enhance the welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth operations at our front desk.
Responsibilities
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls with professionalism and positivity
- Taking accurate and courteous phone messages and responding to requests promptly
- Greeting all visitors warmly and completing information cards on inquiries
- Handling resident, guest, and team member inquiries politely and efficiently
- Ensuring all emergencies are addressed promptly and appropriately
- Updating the front desk sign in/sign out logs accurately and keeping them up to date
- Performing basic computer data entry as needed
Requirements
- Clear and confident speaking voice, both in person and over the phone
- Cheerful, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor
- Awareness of details, situations, and emergencies
- Strong and patient communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
- Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
- Respectfulness and politeness to residents, guests, and fellow team members
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs)
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Schedule
Shifts are 8a-4p, 4p-12a, or 12a-8a, with at least one weekend day per week required.
