Concierge - Per diem : Friday & Saturday 4pm - 12am

About the role

The Bristal Assisted Living seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Concierge Greeter to create a welcoming first impression for visitors and residents alike. This role operates much like a high-end hotel, emphasizing exceptional guest services and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Answering and redirecting incoming calls with professionalism and positivity
• Taking accurate and courteous phone messages and responding to requests promptly
• Greeting all visitors warmly and completing information cards for appropriate inquiries
• Handling resident, guest, and team member inquiries politely and efficiently
• Ensuring all emergencies are addressed promptly and appropriately
• Updating front desk sign-in/sign-out logs accurately and keeping them up to date
• Performing basic computer data entry as needed

Requirements

• A clear and confident speaking voice, both in person and over the phone
• A cheerful, upbeat, and professional demeanor
• An alert and attentive nature, with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is preferred
• Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
• To be respectful and polite to residents, guests, and fellow team members
• Able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs)

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to represent the brand's core values
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
