This position serves residents by providing information and services. A self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills is ideal. The role is customer-focused and requires strong abilities in emailing, identifying, and organizing resources to deliver the personal service expected by residents.
Responsibilities
- Identify and clarify residents’ needs and desires; answer questions; give directions and instructions; develop inventories of services.
- Manage and screen messages.
- Help residents establish accounts and schedule access for authorized vendors to provide services within units.
- Anticipate services required by ascertaining mood and style of residents, identifying options, and developing itineraries.
- Improve services by obtaining and evaluating resident observations, opinions, and criticisms.
- Maintain resident privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
- Enhance department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate guest suite calendar and assist residents in making guest suite reservations using the Connect Resident Portal.
- Inspect guest suites before check-in to ensure proper cleaning and stocking; identify any issues before check-in.
- Inspect guest suites after check-out to identify any damage or missing items.
- Process resident payments accurately in ClickPay.
- Learn and understand building emergency procedures and execute them quickly and correctly.
- Document all incidents and important shift info in Teams message board for other staff to review.
- Deliver packages and food deliveries to residents’ vestibules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Two or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel spreadsheets, and email.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.
- Walk and climb stairs.
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Schedule
Saturday - Sunday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, holiday availability required.
