About the role
The Concierge Attendant provides food service to patrons in the lounge and ensures a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers as they enter the Concierge Lounge; ensures the tables are clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
- Collects plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
- Able to operate point-of-sale systems.
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Previous experience as a server preferred.
- Must successfully complete restaurant’s training course.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
Pay
The pay range for this role is: 15 - 16 USD per hour (Provo Marriott).
