Concierge Attendant

About the role

The Concierge Attendant provides food service to patrons in the lounge and ensures a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the Concierge Lounge; ensures the tables are clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
• Collects plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Able to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Must successfully complete restaurant’s training course.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 15 - 16 USD per hour (Provo Marriott).
