Concierge Club Attendant
Job Description
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism—be their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out
Recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions—you're the insider they didn’t know they needed
Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and anything else guests may require
Help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting
Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments
What We Are Looking For
Customer service experience required – At least 6 months in a guest-facing role
Hospitality experience preferred – You understand how to deliver a 5-star experience
Excellent communication skills – You speak clearly, listen actively, and know how to tailor service to each guest
Local knowledge and curiosity – You love your city and enjoy helping others explore it
Physically ready – Able to stand/walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Driver’s license – A valid license and clean driving record are required
Flexible availability – Days, nights, weekends, holidays—you’re ready when guests need you
