Responsibilities
- First point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
- Developing meaningful relationships with residents
- Providing extraordinary services to residents, families, and visitors
- Working weekends and holidays
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all residents
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a concierge
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Passionate about working with seniors
- Experience as a concierge

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
