Concierge

Location: Balfour Central Park, 2979 Uinta St, Denver, CO 80238

About the role

The Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to our high-end residents and their guests. This position reports to the Hospitality Director and is responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring the highest level of security and privacy.

Schedule

• Part-Time: Thursday–Sunday, with Saturday & Sunday preferred/needed
• Flexible shift lengths, including the option for extended 12-hour shifts

Pay

$19.50–$20.50/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or resident relations experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based, and custom applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
