About the role

Aegis Living Bellevue Overlake is looking for a Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and families. This position offers a consistent schedule with daily interaction and the opportunity to help others.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm–8:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, families, residents, and employees to the right person or place while providing exceptional customer service
• Answer all phone calls in a professional manner and handle the front desk and all assigned duties
• Coordinate medical appointments and family outings with Care and Nursing staff
• Support the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and Office Manager
• Maintain in-depth familiarity with the community layout and employees’ responsibilities

Qualifications

• Compassionate and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and think quickly under stressful situations
• Preferred previous experience as a Receptionist/Concierge and/or in a supervisory role
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
• Desire to exceed expectations with every interaction
• Willingness to complete a 2-step TB test
