Responsibilities
- Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service quality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality or caregiving field is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
