Concierge - As Needed

About the role

This role is a hospitality-focused Concierge position at Clarendale of Chandler. The primary responsibilities include meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner. The role also involves providing ongoing telephone coverage, solving issues presented by various parties, accepting delivery packages, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting with management projects.

Responsibilities

• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and serves individuals appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify the recipient of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Aid the management with projects/assignments.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products is required.
• Excellent telephone communication skills are essential.
• Customer service skills are necessary.
