PRN Concierge/as needed!

About the role

We are seeking individuals who can embody our mission to brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will provide assistance to residents, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating any unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns.
• Receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc., as requested.
• Maintain the sign-in/out log for issuing community keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative functions.
• Ensure resident/family/employee concerns receive timely responses and follow-up, striving for high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Highly proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Caregiver qualities: compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful.
• Team-oriented and efficient in handling multiple tasks.
• Able to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
