Concessions Supervisor - Weidner Field

Job Summary

The Concessions Supervisor at Weidner Field is responsible for providing attentive service to guests, resolving complaints, and managing event operations. The position requires a minimum of one year of leadership experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish connections with guests and implement suggestive and upselling techniques
• Provide attentive service to guests, ensuring comfort and support throughout events
• Resolve guest complaints and follow up to ensure their needs are met
• Understand and comprehend all event paperwork and reports
• Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings and location presentation guidelines
• Create, modify, and close sales checks in point of sale systems
• Complete event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within given timelines
• Ensure all food and beverages are appropriately displayed in concession stands
• Maintain service areas according to company and state food handling and sanitation procedures
• Resolve issues at or around the assigned concession zone

Requirements

A minimum of one year of leadership experience is preferred.
